Outreach Specialist, Visual Communications (Washington, D.C. metro)
Seeking an Outreach Specialist with a degree and relevant internship experience. The ideal candidate will have both writing/editing and visual communications skills. A creative writer/story teller with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe CS–especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash and Premiere–who is social media savvy is strongly preferred. A BA in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields is required.

Public Relations & Outreach Specialist Region 7
OPP is seeking a freelance public relations outreach consultant with 3-10 years of experience in NHTSA/Transportation outreach in Region 7 (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska). Position involves working with both Government clients and DOT officials. This position includes project development, expertise in management, control of funds and resources, and demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks. S/he will be tech-savvy and bring the ability to quickly learn and use new communication tools. We are seeking an intelligent, strategic and creative team player with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You must bring a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to wear many hats in a collaborative team environment. Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher security clearance. A B.S./B.A. in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields is required.
