OPP Benefits

OPP’s core values are: 1) Do meaningful work that makes a difference, 2) Take care of each other and our clients, and 3) Give back.  To take care of each other, OPP provides the following benefits for full-time salaried staff.  OPP’s benefits include:

  • Health Insurance – OPP’s health plan provides 100% coverage of preventative care plus 100% coverage of select generic prescriptions (BCBS Silver Plan).  If you have health insurance coverage under another plan, ask about the possibility of a bonus off-set (ie, we’ll take care of you in other ways).  
  • Dental – 100% of preventative and diagnostic services
  • Vision – 100% for eye exams, lenses and selected glasses
  • 401(k) – Begins after six full months of service with firm.  OPP matches employee contributions 100% up to 5%, vested immediately.
  • Training & Development – 100% employer-funded professional certification training and membership dues when related to your job.  Also, OPP conducts bi-weekly Lunch & Learn training on new tools and methods, with lunch provided.
  • Holidays – Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day plus two floating holidays
  • Personal Time Off – Accrued each month to total 10 days each year. Increases to 15 days after eight years.
  • Cell Phone Allowance – $50 month off-set for use of your personal cell phone for OPP business
  • Flexibility/Summer Hours – All staff are provided with laptops and all OPP systems are cloud-based.  This enables staff to work from home, at the client’s site, at your Aunt Mabel’s–wherever you have an internet connection.  From Memorial Day to Labor Day and subject to client requirements, staff may work nine hours per day M-Th and take off at noon on Fridays.

Quarterly Bonuses – 

    • Profit-sharing – an additional employer contribution into your 401(k), 6-year graduated vesting. Our goal for staff that work a significant portion of their career at OPP is to have a comfortable retirement.
    • Peer-to-Peer budget – $100 per quarter for you to bonus colleagues with Amazon gift cards (you should receive bonuses from them too).
    • Award bonuses – $500 for 1st place, $250 2nd or $100 3rd place when your client/project is selected for an industry award.
    • Other merit bonuses based on hard work, exceptional performance and client growth.
